So you may have noticed by now that we eat a heck of a lot of peanut butter in this house! Why? Duh it’s delicious! No really though it’s also good for you and filling! Especially with school-age kids it’s so important that they feel full after a meal. They do lots of sitting, focusing, and listening at school. Being full gives them the best advantage at doing any of that successfully!
Usually my breakfast ideas are simple and fast well while this isn’t the fastest breakfast it still is pretty simple. Depending on how long it takes you to get ready in the morning you could preheat the oven then pop in the shower. Prep your peaches stick them in the oven and then finish getting ready. For adults you could pack this as a snack for work and eat it a little cold at your desk! Maybe try it on the weekend! No matter where you eat it if you like peaches and peanut butter you’re in for a delicious healthy treat!
