An easy alternative to jelly have a pb&a!

So I might be biased because peanut butter and apple together are my absolute favorite combination of peanut butter. And fruit. I can eat it for breakfast and for lunch! Cooked or not! It’s soooo yummy. Add some chocolate chips and I’m in heaven! But the three toddlers that I spend my days with like peanut butter and apple to0!

This really only takes at the most 15 minutes to put together.  Just put some water on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Cut your apples into thin slices and toss them into the boiling water. Boil them for 3 to 5 minutes.

I prefer the sandwich toasted so I toast some bread.

Drain the apples and top your toasted peanut butter slathered bread!

Throw a dash of cinnamon or my favorite pumpkin pie spice.

Then enjoy!

My dad and I used to make pb & banana sandwiches to watch football games on tv. But, not fried like Elvis.
