I'm well on my journey back to my pre baby bod and let me tell you it's easier than I thought! We got rid of all the cruddy food and replaced it all with healthy snacks. I started planing out our lunches and making one big batch of food on Sunday nights. In about a month these changes have resulted in 8 lbs and 2 pant sizes!! Yep!!!!!! It's exciting and while I have a ways to go I'm pumped up and ready to feel like myself again!!
This one is fairly easy to prepare and I've made it a couple times. It's really delicious and you feel like you're eating a fancy meal. It's fancy and healthy!! So if you're wanting to get started meal prepping this would be an easy recipe to try.
