if you read my blog on a regular basis you know how important I find a healthy balance breakfast. Granola is definitely something we eat quite frequently as it has a good amount of protein for staying focused and also carbs for energy. But sometimes little kiddos just don’t take well to a bunch of crunchy bits in their breakfast or on top of their fruit. So I thought hey! Let’s make some granola cups.
I actually just used some pumpkin granola and flax that I had in the cabinet. But You can use oatmeal instead if you don’t have any granola on hand.
The kids LOVED them!! 2 of them had second helpings!
I drizzled peanut butter in them and then threw in some strawberry, banana, and blueberry. I put some Greek yogurt on top!
So I don’t have any pictures of the spreading of granola process. I honestly didn’t think these were going to turn out lol. I used a shot glass and a butter plate knife to spread the cups out.
I put the extra ones in a Ziploc bag in the fridge and we had them later in the week.
